Chris' growing reputation as a force in the acting world has led him to such high-profile roles as that of Nelson Rockefeller in 2009's Wise Council, in addition to his character work  on shows such as Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Starting out from his native Philadelphia, Chris travelled the world for work and pleasure, amassing a considerable collection of career credentials including Euro rock band manager, professional photographer and master fly fisherman.

With such a rich background, was it hard to transition into the role of the burnt-out Boomer Dad? "He's burned out, alright, but he's got his finger on the pulse. So once I realized that Dad's got some inside smack on this crumbling civilization, it all fell into place."

If Dad doesn't choke to death on his own bile in the interim, expect to see Chris spouting more lacerating critiques of contemporary comedy and US foreign policy in Season 2.
